CRM Acquisition Executive

We are now looking for a CRM Acquisition Executive to join the team which manages the delivery of acquisition marketing across our CRM channels.

You will work across our marketing channels to help enable our readers to take actions that help fund our journalism and e-commerce products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for the Guardian and wants to learn how to promote our products and services to our audience and develop their experience in acquisition marketing.

About the Role

  • Support CRM acquisition activity across channels including email, editorial ads, direct mail, onplatform banner and telemarketing for multiple products- focusing on building, testing and deploying email communications.
  • Become an expert user of our CRM and Campaign Management tool
  • Work with the CRM Manager to identify opportunities to automate campaigns and be able to develop complex automated journeys.
  • Develop innovative creatives and templates in accordance with brand guidelines and work with Central Marketing, Mail Bakery and creative studio.

About You

  • A minimum of 1-2 years previous CRM experience, including knowledge of CRM tools & technology
  • Database marketing & customer segmentation experience
  • Understanding of the customer journey and appropriate contact strategy for each stage
  • Copywriting skills to support with creation of emails if required
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Data driven, analytical mindset
  • Strong communication skills
