We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to provide a full recruitment service for defined business areas, owning the recruitment process in its entirety.
About the role
The Recruitment Partner will establish and drive recruitment strategies for specific business areas within GNM, handling recruitment campaigns to meet the overall strategy and talent requirements, ensuring that both candidates and stakeholders receive a first class experience.
In this role you will understand the strategies and goals of each business area that you partner with and apply this knowledge to the resourcing strategy. The Recruitment Partner will also ensure that recruitment processes are transparent and in line with our diversity commitments.
You will have significant recruitment experience at consultant level, including a blend of both in-house and agency experience.
Knowledge of the digital industry and experience in hiring technical roles is essential for this position.
You will collaborate within the team, contribute phenomenal ideas that improve service delivery and be able to demonstrate that you are solution focus.
Strong stakeholder management skills are of course a must for the role.
