We are recruiting an Advertising Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for leading holistic technology setup within the Digital Operations function and inventory governance across sales and marketing to ensure maximum revenue generation and the most efficient set up.

About the role

Being an expert in advertising technology, you will ensure that the tech stack and all its components from partners through to campaigns are set up in the most optimal way for maximum revenue return.

You will collaborate with other team leads and using data driven decisions, manage the prioritisation and allocation of all digital messaging/inventory amongst direct and programmatic sales, Labs, Marketing and other internal utilisation in order to maximise ecpm, sell through and overall revenue for the Guardian.

You will also be responsible for the reporting of the overall inventory capacity and identifying the drivers and trends that create the most impactful return as well as playing a lead role in forecasting budget inventory allocation and forecasting throughout the year using historical data and industry knowledge.

About You

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to have:

Substantial experience and knowledge of digital advertising technologies
Mathematics, Science or engineering graduate
Advanced understanding and usage of Excel
Experience in forecasting is desirable.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager required
